The basis of this « classic » massage’s techniques, have been invented by a Swedish doctor, Pehr Heinrik Ling in the 19th century, and have been widely spread in the western world ever since. Very concerned about spiritual and body hygiene, and with a strong knowledge in anatomy and physiology, he wanted to have similar results as a gymnastic session. This technique mainly impacts the musculoskeletal system (muscles and joints), as well as blood and lymphatic systems.
A series of deep movements, light stroking, percussions, vibrations and joints mobilizations will stimulate the blood circulation and tissues oxygenation, which will eliminate the toxines.
It is considered as a dynamic therapy, suitable for athletes as well as tired and stressed people, or simply looking for a deep relaxation. This is particularly effective for sore muscles treatment.
It as a perfect cure for stressed and anxious people.
