Traditional Chinese Medicine : Natural Art of Health
Chinese Traditional Medicine as practiced today finds its roots in high Chinese Antiquity and the Taoist Philosophy and proposes an original understanding of health based on YINYANG’s theory, the five movements and different energies. The Chinese envisage health as resulting from the harmonious circulation of our body’s vital energy.
This energy circulates in the meridians and the blood vessels. If this energy is blocked, it provokes dysfunction and the appearance of different symptoms ( pain, insomnia, headache, constipation, chronic fatigue…) eventually giving rise to serious dysfunction leading to disease.
Seasonal influences, the air we breathe, the foods we eat , our emotions…are at the origin of energy disorders. The Practitioner’s Art is based on the analysis of dysfunctions, insufficiencies and discovery of the hidden links between them and to remedy by appropriate treatment. All this information will be converted into energetic terms and consequently I will determine a specific treatment : harmonising energy and blood flow, thus regulating the functioning of the organs.
